Explosive; Handle with Care!!

Life seems to be in a ‘pressure cooker’ for some of us. Every day we face an onslaught moments of handling pressure, regardless the source it comes from. From experience, there no one spared from facing such situation in life right from a kid till old age.  Two cent view from me on to handle stress-related matter:
  1. Take a thing at one time. *too many things at one go will make you explode like a volcanic mountain*
  2. Learn to prioritize
  3. Be calm and think wisely!

It’s easier said than done! Even I myself failed to handle the situation properly when the need arises, but we mere humans must keep on trying and as the saying goes, “practise makes perfect” so let’s start from now on. Know what you are putting in the ‘cooker’ because if you are too pressurized, you will immensely explode!

Pain of Waiting!

Waiting is one of the pain-in-the-ass-process for almost anyone! Right from queuing up for your turn till waiting for a reply over text messaging, it will still be an agonizing process! It’s a nerve wrecking moment to just get the answer for the awaited circumstances.

Apparently, not only waiting-process will be tortures, but at that very moment, our mind will start doing its wonder! Conjectures and speculations will start pouring in to rub it in and add more twinge to the situation. However hard we try to avoid the scenario, we always fail to do so. The right thing we can do is only to WAIT!
Does this mean WAIT will always be a PAIN? From experience, I will say YES!

Even while I am writing this away, I am waiting for something that decides my future. I have been sceptical and anticipating the answer for the past one month, and it suppose to be known today. But the situation is such that I am not sure what time the reply will come in and what will the reply be! There is always one ultimate rule I will always use when I wait. This practise by years made me stronger in handling the worst case scenario; I hope it helps you guys in future. A wise friend of mine told me these years ago, and I am still holding to it!

“Don’t expect too much, anything extra is a bonus”

Simple words but can be tailored to individual understanding! So for now, I am preparing for the worst, and anything good is a bonus for me!

P/s: Trying to maintain coolness but seems to me that I am failing a little miserably! Still waiting for one simple text message or call to get to know what I need to know!

Walk The Talk!

This phrase seems to leave an impact in most people’s life. Easy as it is said, but how many actually can withhold the total meaning of the phrase?! Talking about this, I am reminded about an incident happened few days ago. Just a simple message sent by a wise man which left a big blow in one’s life! It was a mere text reply of the phrase ‘Must Walk the Talk’. Little is known by the sender, that this particular reply left an excellent brunt on the recipient.

We have encountered many people out there who are just gifted to talk the talk. Effortlessly, they can talk anything above the land and below the ground, but to just follow what they have blurted out seems to be impossible to show in action.

As the saying goes, practise what you preach. It’s not just another saying but simply cultivates the awareness and mind of a person to be more cautious of what they say and act according to what they said. By just following these simple words in life, one can be more trustworthy and people will have confident in the words that the same person utters!

I am not a perfect person myself. I have done many ‘talk the talk’ but now I am trying to ‘walk the talk’! Seems a little hard but I am prevailing one by one. Let’s just see what is going to unfold for me in future!

P/s: It’s been ages since I last wrote and entry in my blog! More to come so just bear with me!

Do you want it? *Rated H &18SG*

A father came back home one day after purchasing a lie detecting robot. Every time a person lies the robot will slap them. So the father put the robot to the test with his son while the mother is around. Conversation goes……

Father: Son, where were you before you reach home?

Son: At school. Why dad?

Robot slapped the son!

Dad: Tell me now, where were you exactly?

Son: I was at the cinema.

Dad: What movie you were watching?

Son: Toy story 3!

Robot slaps again!

Son: Sorry dad, it was an adult movie!

Dad: Son, when I was your age, I didn’t watch any adult movie!

Robot slaps dad!!

The best part of the story is what happens after that….

Mom: No wonder hubby, I can see where it comes from. He is your son, that’s why!!

Robot slaps mom!!!

And I went on laughing like a mad guy alone in the car, making people on the other cars in the massive jammed up road to look at me like I am some sort of a lunatic guy!

Phat Phabes you are damn cool! Thanks for making my day!!

Negative to Positive~~Is it possible??

Every each time people criticize you, whether it’s positive or negative, your mood swings to it latterly to the mode of receiving it. Often encountered, people start frowning for the negative comments given. But does this person realize that every negative comment delivered, it actually moulds them to be someone better. Changing the criticism into positive vibe isn’t easy but if you manage to do it, the outcome of it will be jaw-dropping one.

I recalled my friend gloomed the other day that he was criticized for what he did, but after some advices given to him by few of us, he finally manage to get out the phase of being shattered-self-esteem and prevailing from it to be much more stronger. Yes! It does give an impact, but it is how you train your mindset and also yourself in receiving those pessimistic comments.

Why you need to be puckered when you can actually triumph from it?

All it takes is simple practice, think and act. Don’t just simply receive comments and blindly act towards it. Why should you always be pessimistic for a downbeat comment? Take it always in an upbeat manner and also constructively. Cos as the saying says, every negative comment will make you a better person if you manage to take it constructively!

One recommendation, to those who feels the world is against them just for few comments given, think that they are actually making you a better person and they felt the peril of you being so good in what you are doing. So be more open towards comments since you may never know which comment going to make you reach the tip of the pyramid! So start taking things positively!

Pax Vobiscum!

Malaysia, My Land….Tanah Air Ku!

Distance is quantitative measure. This is what I learnt from one of my good friend. Technology has been very much helpful in bringing those who’s in overseas land closer. Apparently I was looking for a topic to pick for my entry, my friend jested and told that why don’t you write about life in different country from my point of view. And here I am typing this entry out.

It always has been my dream to either study or work in overseas land, and thank God I was given a chance of being in a different country altogether for work purpose. Even though it was a short period of time, but I had the nick of my time making my dream come true. Travelling from one point to another without knowing the exact location and also the feeling of the land is not ours. It was thrilling, but in that short period of time, I realized how things around us can change. I had to be on my own looking for the direction, figuring out the correct route or the fasted route to be at work. An experience of its own kind I am sure.

I had a chance to have few words and exchange of opinions to few of my best friends who is living in abroad cities now. One in Dublin and the other two who is in Newcastle; according to them life has been totally shifted in a different pace and they are still in the longing-ness of coming back to own country. Being abroad seems to be easy but when you endure it, you just feel like wanted to run back home. At least this is how people feel in the first few weeks before they really can settle down with the environment and happenings around them.

No doubt, Malaysia has been a country with many ups and downs either in politics and economy, but at the end of the road you will appreciate the country you born in more than ever. When I was abroad, just after 3 days being there, I felt like there is no place like our own soil. The sovereignty to our country can only be realized if you are no longer in it.

All the changes that we go through when we are in abroad cities will make us feel like no place like home. Cravings for sumptuous dishes in Malaysia are no match. Even if you could find the same food it won’t be as good as it should be. I had many complaints when I was in overseas. Right from the regulations around and people around me, nonetheless I manage to survive the whole period of time being there and I do look forward for more experience of being on other soil to get to know better of that place I am and also to further plant the love for our country.

One advice I can give those who are in a land overseas, cherish and rejoice every moment spend there! It can be as difficult as tying your stomach to save some extra cash, difficulty to converse and get the proper directions, but every single minute you endure what you go through you will definitely make you a stronger person. When you grow older, this tale will be the bedtime story for your kids. So buddies out there, have fun. I know you all missing Malaysia a bunch, so do this country misses you! Till then just chill and cheers!

Saastra Rubanee, my bestie in Dublin!

Janasya and Jolini who is happily having great time in Newcastle!

Missing you three buddies! Have fun there! Don't forget us back home!

Twist of Fashion!

Of all you see, fashion and ladies is inseparable, and guys just like the other day prefer to be ubersexual laid back person with no much anticipation of being presentable. But guess what, Adam’s clan has turned a new leaf! More importance given on the appearance nowadays because as the saying goes, first impression always counts!

So let me introduce the latest trend and trend-setting clan, where office wear is no more the lame one but added with accessories and more outgoing look. The cardigan; varies from a long sleeve to sleeveless cardigan, it has been the latest additional in the wardrobe. As for me, I am so much into it now, and I see loads of guys have shifted to wear cardigan on top of the formal clothes. This cardigan gives a good blend of new look to the old lame one. It will give a defined body line and looks more professional as well. So start wearing one and feel the difference!

Apparently not being a total gender-bias, so let me also tell you, girls you have to equip the cupboard with cropped jacket. This is one of the latest trends of time, and this varies from informal to formal cropped jacket. With a good choice of cropped jacket, ladies now can be proud of their body-line and more define waist-line. Wanted to feel the eyes to gaze at you with glee? Just get one today!

Be in trend and Keep looking great! Do some justice for fashion!

Out of Ideas!

Nonetheless, I always feel like I am taking my interest of blogging for granted. Yes, I do ignore it for some time, but I always have been thinking about it. It’s not that I am fully ignoring it, but I am out of ideas of what actually to pen-down, since I don’t want my blog to be just another diary-proxy. In the midst of generating my ideas for a good topic, I realized that my canvas is unattended and taken granted for. Hocus-pocus, hope some miracle will happen sooner or later! For now, I am preparing myself to weeks of fun in Singapore. God bless!

Why Lie When You Can’t?

Situation:

Person B walks to Person A and ask for a favour, where Person A has already hand’s full of work pending piled up on his desk. But due to a strong friendship, Person A commits to Person B’s request. There are only two way this situation going to end-up, either Person B gets forsaken by Person A by not turning up or the Person A executes with the request and face the consequences of the work on-hold.

Well rhetorically speaking, why need to lie and commit when you can’t? Why there is a need to please others when you can’t even please yourself? Weird to say, but most of us settles for the second alternative on the above situation. Why such?
Being Malaysian all this while, I realised that most of the time ‘we’ tend to satisfy others rather than our own self. Aftermath of this action will lead to lamenting over the action taken previously. Is it very difficult to be truthful and say ‘no’ when you face this sort of scenario?

Apparently this time I am engrossed to share with all what I learnt from my ex-boss very much relating to this entry’s title. I was shocked when the statement was made but I remember loud and clear, he said “Sanjay, practise saying no by saying yes!” Being a naive guy, I giggled but after some proper explanation and examples given I actually paused, conferring a proper thought about it just to realise that it was a lot easier to practise it that way. By using this method you actually would be able to voice your standings and go-on without any discomfort feelings carried out by any parties before and afterwards.

SAY NO BY SAYING YES??

Many would crack their head on how possible is this? But just carefully examine the example below as given to me back then, sure you will see the difference in the mood change and how people will react to it.

Person A: Buddy, can you please finish up this report for me?
Person B: Yes of course, but not now, let me be done with my readings and i will get back to you.

Can you feel the mood change when you reply this way, rather than the bold NO for a favour? A blunt NO portrays negative vibes but when you say no by saying yes, you give a different perspective to the listener on the other end. Positive vibes created immediately. They would understand that you are willing to help but you are currently loaded with a lot of chores. Often, one will come across such situation, so when you actually face this circumstance, try saying no by saying yes. It is all about giving a positive attitude to your negative counters and in a way with the fine vibes you emanate, people will feel easy to deal with you.

Procrastination never been easy task, but we can simplify the difficulties in it. There are many ways to curb this problem of saying a big NO but try saying yes to say the NO. Eventually you’ll know and feel that its a lot easier to associate with. Try now! Why wait?

Be a Man...Do the Right Thing!!

Rage and Tantrums are not easy to handle!

I have been many times remarked that I supposedly have been doing some other field of studies then the one I actually did. Some of it is like, creative design, mass communication, marketing and the best of all is PSYCHOLOGY! Why it is so is still a big question mark, but probably by years I have learnt loads about human behavioral and how to deal with it. But one thing for sure is that, I should be thanking GOD and those who were directly and indirectly taught me on the lifetime-experience plus the first-hand-savvy on human’s tantrums and how to react to it.

Apparently I am 24 years old in age, but those experiences I went through is too much that I act as if I am in my forties at times. (Recalling a funny statement given by my best friend on the need of changing his birth certificate on the father’s name to be mine) Many times I realize that people having so much hypocrisy to please others. Baffling as it is, but this is the ultimate truth. Everyone nowadays, knows how to play their cards well that it may appear very genuine smile, but behind those smiles lays a big unknown truth. When reading between these lines, some people may wonder on the circumstances they went through being someone who they are not. Why lie to yourself if you don’t like the being? Why you have to wear a fake smile when you are actually grumbling?

Apparently this hypocrisy, leads to grudges being held on and brought forward in accumulation. This will steer to a breakdown. Eventually this all has limit, and one fine day, this chip of your shoulder will be poured out with loads of rage and frustration. Try solving the differences from time to time, and you may see that it’s better to get hurt now than later. Being sincere with what you feel and talk, is important. Of course, at odd times this doesn’t apply much, but still, the sincerity could help from emotional-catastrophic-breakdown!

Being good is okay, but being too good is bad. This is where people start making use of you and taking you granted. Why you need a situation as such that you will end up holding rancor due to some scenario you have to face being ‘very good’ when you are not?! Enigmatic to explain, but this is what happens most of the time.

My advice is to be true to you and whoever you deal with, you can make a difference!

Let go the grudges and fly-free without burdens and all the wreck on your shoulders!

Question Mark??

Often encountered by most of us, we will come to a forked road of making up a right option to take down the road to travel. Given right from education, life, work or even relationship, it’s always choice of your preference comes in hand. But how can you deliberate the correct one so that you don’t regret taking it?
I always find myself at the dilemma of choice needed to be deduced. The phobic of regretting it always taunt me. But deep down inside I know I need to make the choice. Sometimes, one just follow their heart in making the decision and some just settle on the option after weighing all the pros and cons in the alternative given.
I always have been a guy that follows my heart in whatever I do. There is no point of lying to your own self so I chose to do my own verdict and prepare myself to face the consequences of the path taken. Apparently, it has been a smooth sailing to write it down, but to endure it, I had to gain my faith and boost my confidence level.
For some, the choice to be taken is an easy task, but for many it is still a big task that raises so many question marks above their head. For instance, choice of choosing someone in life as the counter-part, easy as it sound, but when you really think about it, there is a lot of opportunity risk that you need to settle down. You can get promises of sky and the moon from alternative A but little you may know that this might be white lies and those in alternative B might be the actual one who doesn’t give you any sort of hope but yet be with you through the thick and thin. This is just a simple example that can make one think but habitually the white lies is taken for granted and to your amaze regrets slides in later!
Whatever it may take, you always have to pause a little longer, think and find the best solution out of the answers in front of you. And always, there is never been an easy way out cause it probably gives you myriads of unwanted incidents. Always know what your heart says. My advice put your heart and mind to work simultaneously and you will be amazed that the path taken is a rough one but not a lament one.
Choice is yours so don’t make something that will make you regret later!

Even currently, I am still thinking on something that I need to decide. Choices are there but liability is holding me back! Why I have to endure this? Big question mark still can’t be erased, and I am still living with it! I will prevail and triumph, and my confidence is my biggest strength so far! Godspeed!

Random Entry!

Why every time I am losing interest in one thing I love to do? Why is there a condition of losing interest when you actually started from your passion? Have you ever encountered such scenario in your life? I am sure everyone does endure this at one point of life!
Apparently, this circumstance only happens when you expect too much and you place your milestone far-fetched. ‘WH-question’ needed to be complied here. Why put such a milestone? Who asked you to put such expectation? Where you stand now to put the target as desired? Which is the driving force for such goal?
I am lost of word every time I am questioned on the goal-setting I do. And each time I will gaze back and just nod to acknowledge that I am guilty as charged. Even though I have tried hard, seems like I am failing. But now I know, why need I try hard? The ultimate truth is, ‘don’t try hard, cause if you try hard you actually lying yourself’.
Regardless of anything you do, right from work, hobby, food, and places of interest, if you do out of your own passion and your own pace, you will eventually will go beyond your goals and be someone that is happy with the achievement and not someone who regrets the path taken to be up on the spot. Inscrutable but yet this is the truth. Always put some love with the effort, and you will go places and heights.
Every tom and dick, does take wrong turnings in life, but remember, even with the diverted route taken, you still can manoeuvre your way back to the actual target. I have taken a diverted road now, and I am lucky with the correct ‘signboards’ in my life, I will soon be back on track.
So start re-planning, because you ain’t had much time! Just a random entry with weird genre of understanding!

This should not be our to-do-list! Spice up it more!

And the Award Goes To....

What a day to start? Started with a little offset with the alarm, made me to arrive a litter later at work. But it went on well till the moment I paused and thought during the cam-whoring session we carried out. This is the last day for the bunch of wackiness and fun! Hard to see them leaving since they have been with my department for 8 months. But it’s time for us, from PQA to bid them farewell.

So here we go a little tribute to them who have been most influential in my career life since the day one they stepped to SONY!

My all-time-trainee-best-buddy, Zati Hanani! Movie-buddy, makan-buddy and a true friend!

Gossip centre, Syaza! Glass-inspector and Complaint box!

And my favourite work mate when I was working in night shift! Very helpful and bubbly Nadiah!

So long for now, but our friendship will remain. I am not sure about others, but I am sure I will miss you three the most!

Typical Parents!

Sad case...I went through this scenario as well! But thank to my mum, I am who I am now, for what she did once upon a time!

Love you Mum!

Love you Dad!
